A wonderfully rich wine with all the aromas of the garrigue, well balanced and structured with subtle tannins.

Domaine de Cazaban
Situated on the foothills of the Black Mountain, on two types of soil, the chalk of Montolieu and the clay of Ventenac. The soil produces grapes of extraordinary quality. The domaine spreads over 15 hectares, of which currently 3.64 hectares are planted in vines. The domaine is run by Clement and Claire Mengus, a young and inovative producer, respecting the terroir and their vines. They follow the official organic production methods, which means the vineyards are not treated with any chemicals, pesticides, insecticides or fertiliser.
