Domaine Plo Notre Dame - Minervois
Situated in the East of the Minervois near Bagnoles approx. 15 minutes from Carcassonne, lie the vineyards of Plo Notre Dame. The vineyard produces a numerous amount of wines from Red AOC to Rose and Vin de Pays as well as Coteaux du Peyriac. The Azalbert Family have been vignerons here for more than 4 generations and the vineyards is in present day managed by Nicolas Azalbert. Nicolas makes wines of great distinction primarily using Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. A real find in our list of specialist wines.
