Grapes: 90% Mauzac, 5 % Chardonnay and 5% Chenin Blanc
Pale yellow colour with greenish hints. Fine, persistent bubbles with great floral aromas together with hazelnuts and apples on the palate. A fresh and lively sparkling wine with a long refreshing finish.
