Champagne Fluteau Carte Blanche Brut
Description
Grapes: Pinot Noir
A dry and crisp Champagne with underlying fruitiness and elegance.
Domaine Fluteau
The champagne house was created in 1935 by Emile Herard and his son-in law George Fluteau. It was one of the early houses to be founded in this southern part of the Aube area. Today, the estate is run by Emile's great-great grandson Thierry Fluteau and his Chicago born wife Jennifer. It is a 9 hectare estate planted with 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay. The Estate is highly rated by Tom Stevenson as he listed them as up and coming producer in his 2006 Wine Report.
