A family run business Anselmi is situated in the DOC Friuli Latisana province of Verona. Most Pinot Grigio that has flooded the UK market recently has been mass produced IGT wines from the southern regions of Italy, that are not suited to this style of grape.
However, this DOC (Denominazione di Origine Controllata) wine has the prefect blend of ripe fruit, good structured acidity and delicate floral notes.
